  19.   Talk to the bankruptcy court.  While Canadian bankruptcy law differs from
  20.   that of the US, you may be entitled to partial reimbursement from the
  21.   settlement amount.  It won't make you "whole", but it means that the new
  22.   WCi is already a FAR better credit risk than the old one was.
